Two easy, tasty ways to use sage:

Scrambled eggs with sage and cheese

Make scrambled eggs using your favorite recipe.  One minute before finished cooking, add chopped sage.  Turn off heat and add shredded cheese ( I like smoked gouda).  Cover with plate until cheese melts.

Sage Potatoes
Line a 13×9 oven dish with aluminum foil.  Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with kosher salt.  Place whole sage leaves in lines across pan.  Cover with 1/4″ red potato slices.  Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes until done.
