As you probably know this weekend is the semi-annual
Old Irving Park House Walk.
Hundreds of visitors will be coming to our beautiful neighborhood and we want to mke sure that our neighborhood looks great. If you have walked or driven by the Four Corners Community Garden at Tripp and Byron you will see that the weeds have all but taken over the corner. The poor rose bushes are competing for attention with the 3 and 4 foot high weeds. If you have an hour or two to spare, will you please call me. I am available today (Monday) after noon, tomorrow after 5:00, Thursday before 1:00 and Friday after 12:00 noon.
As with any work, more hands means less work for everyone.
Please try to find an hour or two to help out. We want our neighborhood to look great and these gardens are right at the starting point for the walk.
Call me if you can help.
